Lauren Belasco
Owner/ Director
Lauren Belasco started dancing when she was 5. She is a graduate of Rowan University where she received a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Elementary Education, and a dance minor. While in college Lauren was the president and member of Dance Extensions, a modern dance company. Lauren received the Bryna G. Goldhaft Dance Award, which recognizes artistic excellence and contributions to the dance program. Lauren was an advanced company member of Uniting Colleges Through Tap for 4 years and a member of "Take It Away Dance '' a Philadelphia based tap company. Lauren continues to take Tap classes to advance her training.
Mom of Addie (5) and Aiden (2), she enjoys teaching the preschool classes, as well as the advanced dancers!
Morgan O'Shea
Owner/ Director
Morgan O’Shea started dancing at the age of 3. She performed in numerous Nutcracker Suites, was also on the competition team starting at 4 years old, where she won various competitive titles and awards. Morgan trained with the Radio City Rockettes for two summers at the Rockette Summer Intensive. Morgan attended Stockton University where she graduated with a degree in Health Sciences and a minor in Dance. She was in the Stockton Dance Program and was a captain of Stockton’s Dance Team for 2 seasons, where they competed at regional competitions and at UDA Nationals. At Stockton, she had the chance to work with professional companies and choreographers, allowing her to expand her knowledge and grow as a dancer in multiple genres. Morgan is also a Graduate of NYU with a degree in Occupational Therapy and currently works at Jersey City Medical Center.
Meet the Team
Brielle Thomson
Brielle is a Miami native who began dancing at the age of 2 and trained in all styles under top industry instructors. She attended Florida State University, where she danced on the nationally ranked team, Seminole Dance Force, and later earned her Master of Science in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University.
After graduating, Brielle relocated to New York City to pursue dance professionally, completing the Professional Semester at Broadway Dance Center and training with renowned choreographers like Keenan Cooks, James Alonzo, and Neil Schwartz. She then signed with Clear Talent Group and has performed at many NYC events, including Choreographers Carnival, Leg Up On Life, and Sybarite.
Brielle teaches and choreographs for studios and school dance teams nationwide, with her work earning recognition at both regional and national levels. She feels incredibly grateful to inspire and connect with dancers of all backgrounds while helping them grow in confidence, technique, and artistry.
Deanna Pandolfo
Deanna is a passionate dancer and educator who brings energy, authenticity, and encouragement into every class. She aims to create a space where dancers feel inspired, challenged, and supported to grow as both artists and individuals.
Deanna’s passion for dance began at the age of 3 and has evolved into a profession over the years. Currently, Deanna is a member of the Brooklynettes Dance Team and is excited to share her passion with the world!

Jessica Appling
Jess grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and has recently relocated to New Jersey from Chicago. She started dancing at the age of three and emerged into the competition world at age 10. Over the years Jess has trained with and danced alongside Jason Samuel Smith, Lady Di Walker, the cast of STOMP and Chicago, and many others. She is an energetic dance professional with over 16 years of teaching experience in multiple disciplines and various ages. She is proficient in various styles, including, tap, jazz, lyrical,contemporary, and strength and conditioning and has extensive experience working with children and adults with special needs. Jess is also an adjudicator and director for One Beat Dance Brands which houses Beyond the Stars, Breakout, Groove and Reverb dance competitions.
